Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise indicating your acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@adhook.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes another party's rights.
• Impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent an affiliation that does not exist.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service, its rate limits, or its underlying providers.
• Use the Service to make claims that violate the advertising policies of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, or any other platform you advertise on.

4. AI-generated content

The Service produces AI-assisted output. Hooks, scripts, captions, and campaign packs are generated by large language models and outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, on-brand, or compliant with any platform's advertising policy.

You are solely responsible for reviewing every output before publishing, running it as paid creative, or relying on it in any commercial context. AdHook AI does not promise specific business outcomes and makes no claims about CTR, conversion rates, sales, or income.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor. Plan limits (such as monthly generation counts) reset at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your access continues until the end of the current billing period and then drops back to the free tier.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Contact hello@adhook.ai.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, of the AI-generated outputs returned to your account. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.

The Service itself — including the software, branding, design, and documentation — is owned by AdHook AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AdHook AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account via the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us, our providers, or other users to legal or operational risk.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.
