Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
• Content you submit. Product descriptions, prompts, and other inputs you provide to generate hooks, scripts, captions, and campaign packs.
• Generated output. The AI-assisted content we return to your account, along with any campaigns you save.
• Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive limited metadata such as plan tier and subscription status, never your full card details.
• Usage data. Basic logs about how the service is used, such as request timestamps, error rates, and feature usage, so we can keep the service reliable.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and operate AdHook AI and the features you use.
• Authenticate you, manage your account, and enforce plan limits.
• Process AI generations by sending the prompts you submit to our third-party AI provider (see below).
• Improve reliability, debug issues, and protect against abuse.
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, and material changes to the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your generated content or prompts to train our own foundation models.

Data storage

Account information, prompts, and generated outputs are stored in our managed PostgreSQL database hosted with our infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit. We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with our legal and operational obligations.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@adhook.ai.

Third-party services

AdHook AI relies on the following sub-processors to deliver the service:

• OpenAI. Prompts you submit are sent to OpenAI's API to generate hooks, scripts, captions, and campaign output. OpenAI's use of API data is governed by their privacy policy.
• Stripe. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores payment information directly under their privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@adhook.ai.

We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity before acting on your request.
